Amanda Henkel has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and agency environments and is highly skilled in Medical Affairs, specializing in oncology and rare diseases. Her expertise is driving strategic programs to support pharmaceutical brands across all product lifecycle stages, partnering with clients to accelerate business performance and expand market positioning.
Before joining the Inizio Group, Amanda worked for Schering AG in Berlin, first as the European Product Manager for MabCampath (CLL) and subsequently as Head of Oncology Product Communications.
Prior to joining the Pharmaceutical Industry, Amanda achieved a first-class honors degree in microbiology from Aberdeen University, where she also completed her PhD in molecular biology. She then spent 4 years as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the Radiation and Genome Stability Unit of the Medical Research Council in Oxfordshire.
