As co-leader of the Patient Engagement team, Jo is a highly experienced patient engagement professional with over 12 years of working in patient-focused roles across medical communications and now specialist consultancy.
Jo works with clients at a global and regional level to craft patient engagement strategies and build internal and external momentum. She delivers impactful patient engagement activities across multiple therapy areas, strengthening relationships between industry and the patient communities we serve.
Jo is passionate about ensuring that all patients are considered in research, healthcare planning, and delivery, no matter where they are and who they are. Considering the ‘hard-to-reach’ patient and those whose access to healthcare is challenging is crucial in helping us create better healthcare solutions for all.
