Paul Hatton leads the Medical Analytics & Innovation team within MEDiSTRAVA, helping our clients obtain more value in their efforts to bring new treatments to market and improve patient outcomes. He is passionate about fully optimizing the data and technical capabilities now at our disposal—including AI—to uncover trends, identify needs, and deliver meaningful recommendations. His responsibilities and skillset include overall company leadership and strategic direction, project delivery in accordance with industry regulations and client company compliance requirements, and development and implementation of company transformation and growth strategy.
With more than 20 years of experience in medical communications, Paul has delivered the full range of medical and commercial services for major pharmaceutical clients across the entire product lifecycle. He has held leadership positions in medical communications and creative/digital agencies for the past 10 years. Paul holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Manchester and has conducted postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard and Brown Medical Schools in the US.
